GMF’s Mediterranean Program is the leading transatlantic platform addressing the implications of the growing interdependence between the Mediterranean and adjacent regions, and the connections between Mediterranean, transatlantic, and global dynamics.

The program has region-wide projects as well as specific initiatives related to the Middle East and North Africa, Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean.

The Mediterranean Program’s fellows and staff manage a number of activities, conduct in-depth research, and frequently contribute articles and commentary to a wide range of publications and international news outlets.
